Overview

Since October 7th, hundreds of thousands of Israelis have put their lives, careers, studies, and families on hold to protect the country. A heavy share of this burden has fallen on young reservists during the most critical years of their personal and professional development.

They gave hundreds of days to ensure Israel’s present - now it is our turn to help them build their future. Investing in our reservists is not merely a gesture of gratitude; it is an investment in the future and resilience of the entire nation.

What is Life 101?

Life 101 is an intensive, 6-to-8-month journey designed specifically for combat reservists. It is not another one-off lecture, not an employment agency, and not therapy. Instead, it is an in-depth program that helps participants turn their service experience into a launching pad for the future by answering one fundamental question:

"What kind of life do I want to build from here?"

The journey combines deep self-reflection, opening journeys, workshops, personal & group work, mentoring, personal compass planning, and an active alumni community.

Our 7-Stage Methodology

Our structured roadmap guides participants from self-discovery to meaningful impact:

  1. Understanding: Uncovering identity, values, and guiding principles.

  2. Identification: Pinpointing strengths and zones of genius.

  3. Discovery: Defining purpose, meaning, and personal mission.

  4. Exploration: Researching pathways and finding what fits in the modern world of work.

  5. Planning: Crafting a concrete, personalized roadmap for self-fulfillment.

  6. Action: Translating decisions and insights into proactive steps.

  7. Impact: Realizing personal potential and giving back to society and the nation.
