I am a behavioral scientist, entrepreneur, and social-impact builder. Across research, business, and social initiatives, I am driven by three simple ideas.
THINKING DIFFERENTLY
I am fascinated by human behavior—and by finding new ways to understand and solve behavioral problems.
As a researcher, I study consumer behavior, judgment, and decision-making. As an entrepreneur and advisor, I use behavioral science to approach real-world problems from unexpected angles. Creativity has always been part of how I think—from my early years as a dancer to my lifelong passion for art.
CHANGING MINDS
Understanding behavior is only the beginning. I am interested in changing the way people see problems, make decisions, and ultimately act.
A central part of my work is consumer advocacy—using insights from marketing and behavioral science to help consumers make better decisions, rather than simply helping marketers influence them. The same idea drives my research, teaching, ventures, and advisory work: changing behavior often begins by changing the way we think.
IMPROVING LIVES
Ultimately, I want ideas to make a difference in people's lives.
I initiate and support social-impact projects in education, healthcare, financial well-being, autism, and vulnerable communities. Life 101, my central social initiative, helps young people better understand themselves, discover their strengths and direction, and turn insight into action.
I also build ventures that aim to translate behavioral and scientific ideas into scalable solutions, while using my knowledge, networks, and resources to help promising social initiatives grow.
For me, thinking differently is where it starts.
Improving lives is why it matters.
